A Hidden Camera is a typical video camera that is hidden somewhere without the knowledge of anyone. This camera is used to film people in order to find the sequence of actions they perform. The hidden cameras are camouflaged as another subject. The person who is subjected to being filmed is not aware of the presence of such cameras. Household surveillance uses these hidden cameras and it is becoming more popular every day. The video cameras are normally hidden in household objects like ball caps, smoke detectors, cell phones, motion detectors and some clock radios. Hidden cameras are used fro commercial or even industrial purpose. They are often used as security cameras. The hidden cameras can either be in wired or in wireless form. If it is wired, then it will normally be connected to a television or a VCR. If the hidden camera is wireless in nature, then video signals can be transmitted to a receiver often with small radius. A number of people who are trapped by these video cameras often deny the hidden camera shows and all these aspects have ultimately led to lawsuits. Reality television makes use of hidden cameras in order to trap the participants in any kind of absurd situations.
